This notice explains how Advanced Digital Gaming Technology (“ADGT”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website. ADGT is located at Level P1, Entrance 14, Yas Creative Hub, Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, PO Box 3876.

What we collect

• Details you send through our contact form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number and message.
• Details you send through our careers form: your name, email address, area of interest, LinkedIn profile, CV and any message.
• Basic technical information that our hosting provider records when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence.
• To consider your application for roles at ADGT.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We use your details with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and where we have a legitimate interest in running and securing this website. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

This website is hosted by Netlify, which also processes form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may process data outside the UAE. Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when you visit. We may also share your details with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our records, and no longer than three years. We keep job applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Your rights

Under applicable UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
