Hardware
ADGT’s ATMs, kiosks, cage systems and payment devices all run on the same platform as our payments, identity and compliance layers. Every cash and card transaction in a venue is linked to a verified player, monitored and reported.
Standalone ATMs for cash withdrawals in and around the venue.
Our ATMs connect to UAESWITCH, GCCNet, Visa and Mastercard, with acquiring through UAE banks. Each withdrawal is recorded on the platform alongside the player’s other activity.
Self-service cash access on the gaming floor.
Players can access funds and redeem tickets without queuing at the cage, with identity and limits checked by the platform on every transaction.
Payments at the cashier cage, linked to the player.
Cage staff handle cash and card transactions on the same platform, so player identity, limits and reporting are applied in the cage exactly as they are online and at the kiosk.
Card payments wherever the guest is.
Handheld devices let staff take card payments at gaming tables, in restaurants and across the resort, without sending the guest to a cashier.
Security
Every device is managed centrally and connected to the platform over secured links.
Payment keys are held in certified hardware security modules.
Devices and the systems behind them are run to PCI DSS controls.
Devices are monitored and updated from the platform, in the UAE.
